Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal From
the Register by Transfer of Incorporation
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
The above-named company hereby gives notice that on or soon after 3 December 2007, it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Mexico.
