Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
The liquidator intends to have the above-named company removed from the Companies Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on grounds of completion of liquidation under section 249, all assets having been realised and distributed.
Any objection, under section 321 Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Companies Registrar by 15 November 2007.
