Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal From the Register by Transfer of Incorporation
Amberley Investments hereby gives notice that it intends, after 7 November 2007 (being a date not less than
20 working days after the date this notice is published), to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies
in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Bermuda.
