Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to request the Registrar
of Companies to remove Barclays Bank Plc from the Overseas Companies Register, pursuant to section 341 of
the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
This application to remove Barclays Bank Plc will be made no earlier than three months after the date this notice is published.
