Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Companies From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the
matter of the above-named companies (all in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final reports have been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removals, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by 15 October 2007.
