Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, Clifford Rex Jones, liquidator of Micron Systems Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at
123B Dominion Road, Mt Eden, Auckland, hereby give notice, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act
1993, that it is intended to remove the company from the
New Zealand Register on the grounds that the duties of
the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with grounds for such objection no later than 5 October 2007.
