Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register
I, Peter Ralph Clarke, liquidator of Mercer Number 4 Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Level 12, 40 Mercer Street, Wellington, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having sent to the Registrar of Companies my final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 17 July 2007.
