Take notice that Symonds Street Development Corporation Limited, being a duly incorporated company and having its registered office at 139 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on or after 28 June 2007, it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the New Zealand Register for the purposes of becoming incorporated under the law in force in New South Wales, Australia.
