Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Application to remove the above-named company from the Register will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e), on the grounds that the documents referred to
in section 257(1)(a) will be sent to the Registrar after
22 working days from the date of this notice.
Objections to the removal, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
