Notice for Company to be Struck From the

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
The liquidator of Soma Meadows Limited (in liquidation) gives notice that on 30 March 2007, notice was filed with the Registrar of Companies for the above-named company to be struck from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection must be notified to the Registrar no later than 20 working days from the date of publication of this notice.
