I, Jurgen W. Herbke, liquidator of the above-named company, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation in terms
of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove this company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by 15 April 2007, the company will be removed from the Register.
