Notice is given that the above-named company intends to apply, under section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register as of 22 May 2007 (being 3 months after the publication of this notice).
The company has not carried on business in New Zealand and does not propose to carry on business in New Zealand.
Any objection to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 22 May 2007.
