In the matter of an application to approve a scheme under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957:
Take notice that on 26 February 2008 at 10.00am, the trustees of the estate of Joseph Peter Cooper (formerly of Taihape) will move the High Court at Wellington for an order that a scheme be approved which varies and extends the powers of the trustees so as to allow the sale of the farming property situated near Taihape and known as section 7(7) of Block IX Ohinewairua Survey District, and investment of the proceeds.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme must give written notice of such intention to oppose to the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington and to the Attorney-General and to the trustees (c/o Flack Brown & Co, Solicitors, PO Box 23, Taihape) at least seven clear days before 26 February 2008.
