Congregational Christian Church of American Samoa in New Zealand (Porirua) Trust Board

Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme Varying the Terms of a Trust
Pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
Notice is hereby given that the Congregational Christian Church of American Samoa in New Zealand (Porirua) Trust Board has filed in the office of the High Court at Wellington an application for approval of a scheme varying the terms of the said trust.
Under this scheme, the assets of the said trust shall be distributed to the Tokelauan Christian Church in Porirua Trust Board and EFKAS Charitable Trust Board.
Copies of the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General thereon may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of
the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington, or at the office of the solicitor for the Congregational Christian Church of American Samoa in New Zealand (Porirua) Trust Board, being the Whitireia Community Law Office, 3rd Floor, Pember House, Hagley Street, Porirua (Attention: Bill Bevan).
The application has been set down for hearing in the
High Court at Wellington on Tuesday, 24 July 2007 at 10.00am, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice of their intention to do so to:
(a) the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington;
(b) the applicant; and
(c) the Attorney-General
not less than seven clear days before the above-mentioned date for hearing.
