Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, International Global Tele-Systems Limited, a company incorporated in Mauritius but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from 14 March 2008.
