Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Airspan Networks Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia and having a place of business at Suite 2, Level 10, 1 Chifley Square, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand through its New Zealand branch.
Any business carried on through its Australian office remains unaffected.
