Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, Moneyline Telerate (Australia) Pty Ltd intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
Notice stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months after the date of this notice.
