Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given that ANZ Commodity Trading Pty Ltd, whose principal place of business is Level 14, ANZ Tower, 215–229 Lambton Quay, Wellington, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand, and will request the Registrar of Companies to remove it from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993.
