Notice of Intention of Overseas Company to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
International Currency Exchange Public Limited Company ("the company") gives notice that it intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and to apply for removal from the Overseas Register, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, at the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice.
The company's registered office is 88 Shortland Street, Auckland.
