Notice is hereby given, that CP Ships USA, LLC intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will be applying to the Registrar of Companies to be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of the publication of this notice in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
