Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, J.J. Beck Pty Ltd intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
J.J. Beck Pty Ltd intends to give notice to the Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after this notice, stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
