Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Gilbarco Australia Limited:
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that the above-named company intends to cease to carry on business in
New Zealand and that on the expiry of a period of three months from the date of this notice, it will give notice to the Registrar stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
