Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Standard Life Equity Income Trust PLC, a company incorporated in England, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand no earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
Standard Life Equity Income Trust PLC will then make an application to the Registrar of Companies to be removed from the Overseas Register pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act.
