Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
(“the Act”)
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341 of the Act, Okuma Australia Pty Limited, an overseas company having its place of business in Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than
3 months after the date of this notice of the company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the grounds that, at the date of such request, the company will have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
