Notice of Intention of Overseas Company to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Asiacover Limited (“the company”) gives notice that it intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and to apply for removal from the Overseas Register, pursuant
to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, after the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice.
The company’s registered office is 72 Lake Hayes-Arrowtown Road, Queenstown.
