Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that Fossil Management Services Pty Limited (“Fossil”) (which is part of a group of companies that includes Fossil (Australia) Pty Limited) intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
No earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice, Fossil will make an application to the Registrar of the Companies Office to be removed from the Overseas Register pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act.
Fossil will continue to serve and support its past, present and future New Zealand customers through the wholly owned subsidiary of Fossil (Australia) Pty Limited (known as Fossil (New Zealand) Limited), whose address is PO Box 12420, Penrose, Auckland.
