Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1) of
the Companies Act 1993, Bio-Mediq DPC Pty Limited,
a company incorporated in Australia, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand as from 5 July 2007.
The New Zealand business of Bio-Mediq DPC Pty Limited is now being provided by Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics Limited, a New Zealand incorporated company.
