Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
On 2 February 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MHS Medical Pty Limited cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
On 27 June 2007, application will be made to remove the company from the Register.
