Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Vega Group, L.L.C Limited
(“the company”), an overseas company having its registered office in Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, of the company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the grounds that, at the date of such request, the company will have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
