Take notice that on 21 July 2006, an application for putting Cromdale Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Wellington on Monday, 5 March 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Westview Aluminium Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Accounts
Enforcement Limited, Ground Floor, 31–33 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
