Take notice that on 2 November 2006, an application to put Stanmar Construction Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Gisborne.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Gisborne on Tuesday, 13 February 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Emerald Residential Limited, whose address for service is Unit T, Chelsea Park, 162 Mokoia Road, Birkenhead, Auckland.
