Take notice that on Tuesday, 27 November 2007, an application for putting Leo Plumbing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 1 April 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Brookfields Lawyers (suing as a firm), whose address for service is Level 11, Brookfields House, 19 Victoria Street West, Auckland.
