Take notice that on 16 August 2007, an application to put
T & A Wholesalers Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 31 January 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Nichibo Japan Trading Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Hucker & Associates, Level 7, 55–65 Shortland Street, Auckland.
