Take notice that on 11 September 2007, an application for putting First Pacific Corporation Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 8 February 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Aureole Holdings Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Glaister Ennor, Solicitors, 1st Floor, Norfolk House, 18 High Street (PO Box 63 or DX CX 10236), Auckland.
