Take notice that on 26 September 2007, an application for putting ZX Corporation (2001) Limited (formerly ZX Corporation Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 14 February 2008 at 10.45am.
