And—Crawler Tractor Ag. Work Limited, a duly incorporated company formerly having its registered office at Lowe & Associates Accountants Limited, 145 Tancred Street, Ashburton, but now at 106 George Street, Ashburton—Defendant:
Take notice that on 12 October 2007, an application for putting Crawler Tractor Ag. Work Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on 5 February 2008 at 2.15pm.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is P L Clarke Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Harvie Green Wyatt, Chartered Accountants, Level 5, 229 Moray Place, Dunedin.
