Take notice that on 16 July 2007, an application for putting D Bell Insurance Services Limited (struck off but now restored) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, 18 December 2007 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Simon John Eisdell Moore, Crown Solicitor, at the offices of Meredith Connell, Level 17, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55–65 Shortland Street (PO Box 2213 or DX CP 24063), Auckland (Enquiries to: R.
