Take notice that on 12 November 2007, an application for putting Sheppard Sawmills Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on 17 December 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Pentarch Forest Products Limited, whose address for service is at Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland.
