Under the Companies Act 1993, between Shingle Peak Farms Limited (in liquidation), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Insolvency Management Limited, Level 3, Burns House, 10 George Street, Dunedin—Plaintiff:
And—Shingle Peak Farms No 4 Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Level 8, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin—Defendant:
Take notice that on 7 November 2007, an application for putting Shingle Peak Farms No 4 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on 13 December 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Shingle Peak Farms Limited (in liquidation), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Insolvency Management Limited, Level 3, Burns House,
10 George Street, Dunedin.
