Take notice that on 23 November 2006, an application
for putting De Bruijn Landbouwbedrijf Besloten Vennootschap into liquidation by the High Court was
filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Tuesday, 23 January 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
