Take notice that on 25 October 2007, an application for putting The Loaded Hog Franchise Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 3 December 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Waiviata Pty Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of its solicitors, Fortune Manning, Gen-I Tower, Level 12, 66 Wyndham Street (PO Box 4139), Auckland.
