Take notice that on 3 October 2007, an application for putting Shane English School (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 24 January 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Apex Properties Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Grove Darlow & Partners, Solicitors, Level 10, Tower One, The Gosling Chapman Tower, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland.
