Take notice that on 21 December 2006, an application for putting Sonnford Solutions Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday, on 22 February 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Otago District Health Board, whose address for service is c/o Anderson Lloyd Lawyers, Level 10, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Anderson Lloyd Lawyers, Solicitors, PO Box 13831, Christchurch; or
