Take notice that on 30 July 2007, an application for putting Advanced Pacific Advisory & Consultancy Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 22 November 2007 at 10.00am.
