Take notice that on 13 September 2007, an application for putting Living Design Homes NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court Registry at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on 10 December 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Banker Tiles Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Sharp Tudhope, Lawyers, 35 Grey Street, Tauranga.
Documents may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Sharp Tudhope, Lawyers, Private Bag 12020, Tauranga; or
