Take notice that on 9 October 2007, an application for the liquidation of Supreme Accommodation Limited by
the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on 26 November 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Benjamin John Ridler, whose address for service is at the offices of Govett Quilliam, The Lawyers,
