Take notice that on 25 September 2007, an application for putting GSMR Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on 12 November 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Bunnings Limited (trading as Benchmark Building Supplies), whose address for service is at
