Take notice that on 13 October 2006, an application to put Onix Motors Limited (formerly Ponsonby Motors (NZ) Limited) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 22 February 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application, must file an appearance not later than the second day before that day.
The plaintiff is Dr Amir Butt, whose address for service is at the offices of Blomkamp Cox, Solicitors, 12 Auburn Street (PO Box 331600, DX BP 66073), Takapuna, North Shore.
