Take notice that on 25 September 2007, an application for putting Edgewater Adventures Lake Wanaka Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday, 15 November 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Cardrona Ski Resort Limited, whose address for service is c/o Anderson Lloyd, Solicitors, Level 10, Otago House, corner of Moray Place and Princes Street, Dunedin.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Anderson Lloyd, Solicitors, Private Bag 1959, Dunedin; or
(b) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to Anderson Lloyd, Solicitors, on (03) 477 3184.
