Take notice that on 9 October 2007, an application for putting Murray’s Furniture Limited (trading as the Inangahua Arms Hotel) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, 12 November 2007 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is New Zealand Meat Marketing Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Chapman
Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
